Alle Platten von Radiohead durchzuhören hat etwas. Jedes Lied ist ein Meisterwerk. Jedes Lied scheint man auf irgendeine nur erdenkliche Weise zu kennen. Irgendwie ist es da drinnen verankert. Ein paar weniger Lieder überspringt man, aber Radiohead ist eine Band, von der man durchwegs alle Liede mögen kann. Und auch wenn die Grundstimmung der Lieder nicht wirklich zum Wetter passt... Man muss sie hören, alle. Sie waren zwar nicht chronologisch geordnet, die Alben, aber die Lieder sind alle irgendwie miteinander verwandt. Ok, man mag behaupten bei dem und dem Album waren sie elektronischer usw. Das überlasse ich den wirklchen Experten.

Ich muss gestehen, dass ich heute nur in der Messe war, um den Chor, dem ich bald wieder angehören werde, zu hören. Und um wieder diese Gänsehaut zu spüren wenn 50 Menschen gleichzeitig atmen. Wenn sie gleichzeitig aufhören und wenn der Ton, die verschiedenen Klänge sich in der Kirche vermischen. Ich habe mich auf das Händel Hallelujah gefreut. Doch als es begann zu ertönen, da war dieser Zauber plötzlich weg. Ich weiß nicht wieso. Ich kannte schon alle Töne und es war trotz allem noch immer wunderbar. Aber es hat an Zauber eingebüßt. Vielleicht weil ich nicht selbst Teil davon war.

Ich finde, dass der neue Track (Soul Storm) von Patrice der beste von all seinen Songs ist. Ein kurzer Ausschnitt ist auf seiner Homepage zu hören. Als ich ihn auf FM4 gehört habe, dachte ich zuerst es sei Bob Marley. Vielleicht stempelt mich das nun als einen Banausen ab... Und ich freue mich schon wahnsinnig auf das diesjährige Nuke, dann da wird man ihn wieder live bewundern können.

Was ich schon vor einer ganzen Weile hätte tun sollen, war einen Musiker zu empfehlen! Den Cousin eines Schulkollegen. Von seinem Können kann man sich auf der HP (ja das war ein Link...) überzeugen. Viel Vergnügen und zu Konzerten gehen und weiterempfehlen!
